Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders containing only in-stock products are normally processed and dispatched within one business day. Orders requiring freight arrangements, special handling, order verification, or additional documentation may require more processing time.
Orders containing both in-stock and backordered products may be held until all products are available or shipped in portions at PhiBer Manufacturing’s discretion. Customers will not be charged more than the total amount authorized at checkout unless they approve an additional charge.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and statutory holidays observed by PhiBer Manufacturing.
Shipping Options and Rates
Available shipping options and applicable charges will be presented at checkout where possible. Shipping availability, rates, and transit times depend on the products ordered and the delivery location.
Rates displayed for LTL (Less Than Truckload) and other freight shipments are estimates based on the information available when the order is placed. Additional charges may apply for services or circumstances not included in the original estimate, including:
- Residential, farmyard, or limited-access delivery;
- Liftgate service;
- Delivery appointments;
- Address corrections;
- Redelivery or storage;
- Remote-location surcharges; and
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
If the final freight charge materially exceeds the amount paid or authorized at checkout, PhiBer Manufacturing will contact the customer for approval before dispatching the order. The customer may cancel the affected products without penalty if the revised freight charge is not accepted.
Delivery Information
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address, contact information, and complete delivery instructions. The customer is also responsible for identifying any special delivery requirements before the order is dispatched.
Additional carrier charges resulting from inaccurate information, unavailable recipients, refused delivery, or undisclosed delivery requirements may be charged to the customer where permitted by applicable law.
Shipment confirmation and available tracking information will be provided when an order, or a portion of an order, is dispatched. Some freight shipments may not provide conventional parcel tracking.
Estimated transit and delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. PhiBer Manufacturing is not responsible for carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Backordered and Built-to-Order Products
Estimated ship dates for backordered and built-to-order products are estimates only and may change due to production schedules, supplier availability, freight conditions, or other circumstances.
PhiBer Manufacturing will notify the customer of material changes where reasonably possible. If the estimated ship date is extended by more than four weeks beyond the estimate provided when the order was placed, the customer may cancel the affected unshipped products without penalty.
Nothing in this policy limits any additional cancellation rights available under applicable law.
International Orders
Orders delivered outside Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs-clearance charges, or other government or carrier charges.
Unless expressly stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge collected by PhiBer Manufacturing. The recipient is responsible for paying these charges and for satisfying applicable import requirements.
International shipments may be delayed by customs authorities. PhiBer Manufacturing cannot guarantee customs-clearance or delivery dates.
Payment
The customer’s payment method may be authorized when the order is placed. Charges will be captured when an order, or a portion of an order, is ready for dispatch.
Where products are dispatched separately, separate charges may appear for each shipment. The combined charges will not exceed the authorized order total unless the customer approves an additional charge.
