Shipping policy

Shipping Policy;

All orders for in-stock products will be processed and shipped within 1 business day.

Available shipping options will be presented at checkout. Please note that LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipment delivery rates are estimates only and may be subject to change.

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and complete delivery instructions where applicable.

Tracking information will be supplied to the customer upon dispatch of an order or portion of an order.

Orders shipped to locations outside of Canada may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with delivery, including, but not limited to, import duties, taxes, and shipping costs.

Estimated ship dates provided for backordered and built-to-order products are estimates only and are subject to change without notice. If the expected ship date is extended beyond four weeks from the original estimate provided at the time of order, the customer may cancel their order without penalty.

Charges will be applied to the customer’s supplied method of payment upon dispatch of an order or portion of an order.
