The process used to manufacture this hose creates a "single wall" construction, where the tube and cover are bonded together through the reinforcement. PVC Lay-Flat hose is designed for applications where external abuse is limited. Blue G971 is used widely for irrigation, construction, flood protection, and municipal applications. G971 PVC Lay-Flat hose assemblies come complete with either male and female aluminum or polypropylene cam-lock end fittings attached with band clamps.
