Where most T-Bolt clamps feature a plated steel fastener, ours is all stainless. This makes the Kodiak ideal for many marine clamping applications, especially where gear clamps do not provide adequate holding or tightening strength. In addition, Kodiak clamps fulfill a wide range of industrial applications such as engine coolant, water suction and discharge, and hydraulic suction. G89 clamps feature a 3/4" wide by 0.025" thick type 301 stainless band. The type 302 stainless bolt is fastened by a type 304 nylon inserted locknut. The locknut is rated to 120?C (248?F) and may be tightened to 50 inch lbs.
