The Tote Strap Kit is designed for use with the PhiBer DASH Tote Deck. The Tote Strap Kit comes with enough 2” straps to secure two IBC totes to the top of a tote deck. The strap is sewn in a closed loop to prevent the hook and ratchet from separating from the strap.
